I am a Watercolour Artist.

Inspired by my Indian heritage, colour always takes centre stage in my paintings. I love to explore the interaction of colour with light, for instance, the colour blue in shadow holds a very different tone and feeling to the same blue when exposed to sunlight.

I’m proud of where I come from and excited to share what I continue to learn everyday. I have loved drawing and painting from a young age and as an adult that love continues to grow. Taking the time to understand, explore and create with curiosity and an open heart defines my creative process.

The delicate nature and transparency of Watercolours brings a certain glow in paintings that I haven’t experienced with any other medium. When using watercolours, I feel a sense of restoration and stillness come into my mind and heart which I’d like to share with others.

What began as a passion has evolved into something more and to follow this natural evolution, I completed my Undergraduate Certificate in Fine Art at Curtin University in 2025 to create paintings of my own and also teach others how to paint.
